By accessing jjvip at jjvip.vu, creating an account, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without registering.

If you are registering on behalf of yourself, you confirm that you are acting for your own personal account and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.

To register and use jjvip, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

You may only hold one account on jjvip. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, ID, payment method, device, or IP address — are not permitted and may result in both accounts being suspended and any associated balances being forfeited.

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age, is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and recovery of any winnings paid out in connection with the false information.

jjvip is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process involves submitting a valid government-issued identification document. Acceptable forms of ID include:

• Philippine passport
• Philippine driver's licence
• SSS / GSIS / PhilHealth / Unified Multi-Purpose ID card
• Voter's ID or national ID

KYC verification is a one-time process per account. All financial transactions on jjvip are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jjvip account.
• Identity (KYC) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• jjvip reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above standard limits or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Bets placed on jjvip — whether on sports events, live casino games, slots, or eBingo sessions — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded may be voided at jjvip's discretion.
• In the event of an obvious system or pricing error, jjvip reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances.

Slots and Live Casino

All slot and live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live event results, as applicable. Game results are final and cannot be reversed. RTP (return to player) figures, where displayed, represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jjvip. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, recovery of funds already withdrawn:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through artificial play patterns, multiple accounts, or coordinated activity with other players.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Fraud: Using false identity information, stolen payment details, or any other fraudulent means to fund or operate an account.
• Money laundering: Using jjvip for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. jjvip cooperates fully with relevant authorities in connection with any suspected financial crime.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

From time to time, jjvip may offer promotional bonuses, cashback programmes, or other incentives to players. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
